Return & Refund Policy for Mangoes

We want you to be completely satisfied with your mangoes. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Because mangoes are perishable, returns are only accepted under certain conditions (see below).

Eligibility for Return or Refund

To be eligible for a return or refund, your mangoes must meet the following criteria:

  • The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or was not what you ordered

  • You must notify us within 10 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue with your request

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we cannot accept returns of fruit that has been kept beyond 48 hours, eaten, or stored improperly.

How to Start a Return or Refund Request

WhatsApp within 10 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the mangoes and packaging

  • Your order number

We’ll respond promptly and let you know if your return or refund has been approved.
